I was very happy with City of Wonders yesterday when I opened up the option to create a colony, however, like every thing that makes these games great, I hit the usual "Not so fast casual gamer! you havn't paid us money so we are going to make you work harder" part of the game where I have to systematically use my expedition points to try and find a needle in a haystack. I'm hoping in the next day or to that I actually hit my colony.
